LIM DIM 2004

Lim Dim Performing Art Festival, held in October 2004, was the first international performance art festival organized professionally in Vietnam, with the goal of paving the way for artistic experimentation and information exchanges related to performance art among domestic and foreign artists. Lim Dim was initiated and organized by Trần Lương, with the venue support of international cultural institutes including Goethe-Institut, British Council, and private organizations including Ryllega Gallery, La Ferme du Colvert Camp, Ben Bac restaurant. The festival was greatly supported by international organizations with sponsored air tickets for international artists. The project couldn’t be completed without the support and assistance from the artists and volunteers in Hanoi.
